Apple account balance disabled,Apple support does not know how to fix it.
I placed order using apple e-gift card purchased from Tartget.com. Order was placed on Apple store online. Order accepted on Nov 30. Order status shows expected delivery December 15-22 until December 14. Order status shows you canceled your order on December 15. Called customer service to figure it why, they don’t have any clear explanation or how to fix it. They asked me to place new order. Now when I am trying to place a new order, it gives a message your apple account balance has been disabled. I Spend days talking with those people at customer service, they spend hours with each one and finally they transfer to another department and these keep going on. Nobody could help to solve this issues. Shame to Apple customer service.
