Hilton Diamond App

The Hilton app will not work on my iPhone 8. I have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times. Hilton customer service cannot figure it out. Has anyone else had this issue? Any feedback would be helpful.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

There is no “Hilton Diamond App” in the (U.S.) App Store. So perhaps you’re using some app that is no longer supported.

There is a “Hilton Honors” app that is current. Get it here (if you’re in the U.S.):

Sorry, I meant the Hilton Honors app... I cant get it to work on my iphone

You are skiing us to guess what “can[‘]t get it to work” might mean.

What do you see? What have you tried? What iOS version? How have you set it up (e.g., have you entered a username, password, etc.)? Have you answered questions about using location? Sending notifications?
