Hi there.
there are a few of mp4 files that are outputted from my playstation, and they cannot be dragged into Final Cut Pro(second graph) for editing or selecting(first graph). Plus, they cannot be inspect by QuickTime Player.
My system is Big Sur 11.1. Any help would be appreciated.

They probably need to be converted a format that FCP can handle.
Try opening one those videos with MediaInfo and see what video codec is used.
Some video files may be converted in the Finder: control-click and choose Services->Encode Selected Video Files. If not, you can convert using HandBrake.
Also, Handbrake might be able to convert them. Or VLC that’ll open a lot of files. I don’t believe it has a batch function though.
