Hello. Help me to change my password. I got the message on the screen, that my account is using in another country. When i go to settings to change pass i see it

I am hitting the Change password in my settings but it is not taking me further. It gives the loading signal then stops and does nothing. What do I do? when logging in to change my password on Apple id the location is wrong I reside in Western Australia and when I log in to reset my password response from Apple states that someone is using my devices in Darlinghurst NSW Can someone advise me why this is happening
