Lose-up focus iPhone 12 Pro Max

My iPhone pro max camera does not focus on close up photos if say business cards the iPhone 11 Pro Max was very good at this. Major fail here

Camera issue My iphone11xs max is having an issue with the camera. Both photo and video will change to focus and out of focus quickly. I’ve dumped a ton of photos and videos and I’m not near full storage. Photo works just fine in messages, FB, and other applications. I’m at a loss.

Iphone 13 camera focus problem I changed my phone from samsung to iphone 13. However from the beginning of the day I bought, rear main camera is not focusing the written things at x1.0 zoom. I tried everything. But I realised that when you set the zoom level smaller then x1.0(means that when you choose secondary rear camera) everything is clearly readable. But when zoom level is equal or bigger than x1.0 photos are very blurry. Also I compared this focus problem with 11,12,12 pro models. They don't have anything like this. But 2 other iphone 13 that my friends own are having same problem. Even the phones in shops are having the same problem. I am really disappointed about giving lots of money to a phone which can not focus on close shots. Waiting for apple to solve this issue. By the way all the phone is updated.
