A miscellaneous error occurred (32002) with sidecar on Catalina

This message appears if a sidecar connection is attempted while Cisco AnyConnect is activated. I need to use sidecar to work on a remote file with Cisco AnyConnect is activated. Is it possible?

Sidecar no Longer Working Hello, I am currently having problems connecting my MacBook Pro (2019) to my iPad (2017) via sidecar. The same "Device Timed Out" message appears over and over again. I've searched through forums and nothing helped me solve this problem. I tried reseting the wi-fi connection, bluetooth connection, etc, but to no avail. I'm not sure which update was, but in the second half of last year I was able to connect almost instantly and with no problem, now with the updates (These are de versions I have now: Macbook - Catalina 10.15.6, IpadOS 13.6) I can't connect properly. So I'm thinking maybe these updates are the reason for this problem. Anyone has a tip I could try? Or am I overseeing something? Thank you for your help!

catalina I tried setting up Sidecar with the new MacOSX Catalina and iPadOS, and for that i needed to connect my iPad (2018 6th Gen) to my computer (MacBook Air 2015). When i connected my ipad via the MFI Apple original cable it never connected fully because it kept “connecting and disconnecting“. While this kept happening, i cant even click “trust computer/ipad“ because it disconnects and connects way too fast. This issue started happening as soon as OSX Catalina finished downloading. I rebooted my Mac and my iPad. I tried everything possible and it still does not connect fully.

MacBook Pro 16 2019 needs reboot every time to sidecar connect to iPad Pro 10.5 When the MacBook Pro is rebooted it connects with sidecar for the first time. Subsequent attempts to sidecar keep returning the message "Unable to connect to iPad Pro - A miscellaneous error occurred (-6745)". Wireless or wired makes no difference. Can anybody shed any light on this?
