App Store and iTunes disabled????

My account has been disabled due to charges that were fraudulent and have been refunded but even after the card was cut up by the bank and I was issued a new card I am ever had my card tried to charge not once but four more times which caused my account to be disabled because the charges can’t get paid why am not paying them because I didn’t do them. What do I do

Hello,

according to If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you should contact Apple Support for help.

I hope this solved your problem!
