Can't find Latvian keyboard

Hi! In Keyboard Preferences I can only find British keyboard. No others. Just got the iMac and upgraded to Big Sur. Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you saying if you click on the "+" on the bottom left of System Preferences > Keyboard > Input Sources, you have no listing for other languages?
