I can't seem to get my ringtones to load onto my iphone XS. I've loaded them into Music, & only my phone, but they're not showing up in my sounds & haptics settings, what do I do? I feel like since apple has changed over from itunes, that's when & where the trouble started....HELP!

It sounds as though you're having issues syncing Ringtones from your computer to your iPhone. To clarify, are these tones that were purchased from the iTunes Store? If so, you can redownload your purchases using the steps outlined Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Thank you for clarifying where the ringtones originated from. Have you tried the steps from this article to create a customer ringtone using Garageband? Create a ringtone of your Logic Pro or GarageBand for Mac song

The ringtones were downloaded from another website. I've done it before with no issues, but since the ringtones tab isn't on the music app (what used to be itunes), it hasn't worked.
