Fraudulent purchases were charged to myself with the ref of Apple iTunes

Fraudulent purchase was made to my account (ref: Recurring Card Purchase: Apple.com/bill Itunes.com (Card 0400)). No one in my family even owns an iPhone. How do I have this money refunded? This account was created with the sole purpose of asking and inquiring since I could not track an email to complain without having an Apple ID.
