When using CarPlay, the caller’s voice slows down and sounds like a robot.

When using car play on my Tahoe, the caller’s voice slows down and sounds like a robot. The same issue happens for my friend on their Blazer. Apple doesn’t take this problem seriously because all they do is tell us to check our settings and make sure we have the latest version of software (duh). The problem has occurred since July. The only fix is to turn off the WiFi on the iPhone, and only use Bluetooth for car calls. But, when I do that, CarPlay doesn’t work! Apple, please do a simple web search and discover that many people have this problem and do something to solve it instead of just assuming we have the wrong settings. My settings are fine! I don’t want another canned answer for the 15th time. There’s a bug that needs to be fixed. Thank you!
