This is beside the point entirely. Weaker is weaker. Profit must be better with the flimsy screens. I’m disappointed in this one.

Actually my back screen got cracked. I don't know why? I had all the protection cover, glass protector. And today front screen got scratch with glass protector while i was using phone.

So, you are telling me that almost 100 people on this discussion board dropped their phones when the specifically state they DID NOT DROP their phone.

My 12 Pro is still in one piece after months in a case and servers times of above 2 feet dropping.

Don't drop it, or use a case.

All glass can crack if put under the right stress.

As far as I’m concerned they definitely does not meet my expectations. Never, in all the iPhones I’ve own, have been this fragile. Why even upgrade? I would much rather have my iPhone 7 back.

I bought my iphone 12 40 days ago and it has the original silicon apple case.. i noticed small cracks on the very top of the screen which is suppose to be protected by cover. I was taking excellent care of it since it is my first iphone. When i went to apple store in Dubai UAE they refused to replace the phone neither fix the screen and they told me since the problem is only cracks in the screen then it is not under warranty. I am so upset and dont know what to do.

I do not put screen protectors on my phones. The iPhone 12 Pro advertises that it has a tougher screen than previous phones. I suspect it is a flaw in design of the screen and case . Where the two of mine have cracked is an area that your fingers would normally hold the phone. Possibly the case isn’t strong enough or the screen at that point. I am just guessing and trying to understand why so many screens are cracking. There has to be a reason .

You don’t have to come here. I come here and see other people with a unique issue such as I have had.

it shows others are having the issue. I know two other Las Vegas headlining magicians who developed the issue. I find it odd that both had screen protectors on it.

the purpose of this community is to alert Apple of problems pretending like everything is fine and it’s just a few random people is not helpful.
