Hi,
I have connected my iPhone 11 to my VW car Bluetooth system, but for some reason calls do not work like they should. If the call comes in or I make a call then I can hear clearly, but others do not hear me at all. I have tried factory resetting Apple CarPlay, disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth and deleting and reinstalling my iPhone. The problem occurs when connected and not connected to a USB chord.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with the audio for your calls when connected to your car stereo system. It does sound as though you've tried a lot of different troubleshooting actions to try and isolate the issue. Have you tried connecting a different phone to your vehicle audio system, to see if they experience the same issue on calls? This will allow you to test and verify if the issue is with the audio system microphone or something is going on with your iPhone. Have you noticed any issues with calls when they are directly on your iPhone?
