Nomo app hacked or my phone hacked??

I have an app on my phone called nomo. It is an app to count sobriety days. This morning i got a pop up from nomo saying my account balance was 1980.55$ payment approved.

when i click on the notification it takes me to some random page where i can spin a wheel. Does that mean my phone was hacked or the nomo app was hacked? What should I do?

here are print screens of the notification and then what happens when i click:

Hi there, magali48,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. We see that you have some concerns over a notification you received from an app you use. We'd be happy to help!

Based on the screen shot you've shared, we would recommend the following steps:

  1. Force close any open apps, including Nomo and Safari: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Then, restart your device: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.
  2. Clear your Safari history and cookies: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
  3. Check for, and install, any updates for Nomo: Update apps or use automatic downloads - Apple Support.

If the issue continues with notifications from the Nomo app, we would also recommend reaching out to the app developer directly: Update apps or use automatic downloads - Apple Support.

Have a great day!
