AirPods Max Battery Life (ANC Off)

Has anyone tested the battery life of AirPods Max with ANC/Transparency mode turned off 100% of the time? I was wondering if there is a big increase in battery life like the Beats Studio3 which goes from 22 hours (ANC on) to about 40 hours with ANC off

Airpods Pro 2nd gen case battery drain Hello everyone, I have recently got AirPods pro 2nd generation and I believe I am experiencing case battery drain issues to some extent. I used the AirPods without ANC and listened to music for 2 hours and realized that the case dropped from 85% to 72% to charge the AirPods from 95% to 100%. With this pace, I can never reach the advertised 30 hours of play time even without ANC. Interestingly, it seems like the case is not losing much battery when it is in idle mode, so not being used. Is this normal behavior or do you think there is smt wrong with my AirPods?

AirPods Case Charge Shown As 0% After iOS 16.2 Update I recently updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.2, then i noticed that the battery status of the case of the AirPods 3 in Smart Stack widget is shown as 0% no matter how much i charged the case at. There’s no issue about the battery because it both charges and shown in widget as charging status, also it used to be working as expected in older iOS versions. Do you have this issue too?

airpods pro case showing 0% when I updated my AirPods to 5B58 and everything I use it it shows 0% for the case when I put it back in it shows it’s real charged percentage. It doesn’t effect the use but it is really irritating because I have to put my AirPods in my case each time to see it’s percentage of the case

Hey there, tcdun,

We see that you have some questions about the battery life of the new AirPods Max with AND disabled.

Currently this is listed as 20 hours with ANC enabled and spatial audio on. This has more information: How to charge your AirPods Max and learn about battery life
