iPhone 12 Pro Max drop signal

i just upgraded from the iPhone XR to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have the same Verizon service however, my signal drop all the time in my house. Before with the iPhone XR, I never had these issues. I’m concerned about this. Will there be a fix for this?

My new iPhone 12 mini is definitely having problems. I have troubleshooted using every method I could find.

problem:

  • Phone randomly drops service multiple times per hour even while reclining in the same chair all day.
  • Problem is extreme while traveling.
  • typically- service will rapidly switch between 5g& lte multiple times over 5-10 seconds before dropping service altogether.
  • I have extensively compared signal with my wife’s 11. She hasn’t dropped signal once compared to my 50-60? Times over the past three days.
  • when I do have signal, it is always 1-2 bars lower than my wife’s 11.

I really don’t want to follow the trail of another tech support phone call. Having me reset this and that, off and on, and turn myself around. It’s not my settings, not my SIM card, it is a problem with my phone and I am frustrated that nether apple or Verizon will acknowledge so.
