How do I find my caller ID on an iPhone 6s I hit my phone out of app I go to the settings or I can go to settings I hit my phone app and I look for it and there's no Place it says caller ID

Caller ID is carrier dependent. If there is no option for it in Settings->Phone, then your carrier dos not support changing that option and as such would not be available to you.
