Junk Mail Filter

I have a 2018 MBP running Mojave, I noticed an email was in my junk mail and it shouldn't be. The top of the email says "Mail thinks this message is Junk Mail" and the only options are to "Load remote content" and "Move to Inbox". There used to be an option "This message is not junk" but it's not there anymore. How do I make it so that this email goes into my Inbox and not Junk? Thanks for your help.

There are a default set of toolbar icons in Mojave's Mail application. Among these is a Junk icon. When you select an email in your Junk folder, that toolbar Junk icon changes its name to Not Junk. Click that icon, and the message is put back into the Inbox for that account.
