email/password

I no longer have my email address or my password. i need to add a new one for both but cannot access itunes/apple. what do i do?

You Need to Contact Apple:

I. Login Issues:

You are able to log into these forums. So, if it is the same account, then you seems to be fine. If a different account, or if you never made Two-Factor Authentication, then contact Apple Support. No one here can fix this - and with good reason. This is a user-to-user forum - we are not Apple. So, contact Apple Support. If permitted, ask the Apple Rep to assist you with the change.


II. Screenshare:

Ask the Apple Rep for performing screensharing seasons so they can see this upfront and firsthand from your perspective.


III. Apple Phone Support:


IV. Why the Wait?:

It may take a while to get through to Apple Support. And that makes sense because many are at home at the moment working out of the house or taking classes at home (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic), thus giving them more time to contact Apple Support. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
