Help. My iPhone 11 screen won’t respond.

It now is without a screen saver and the touch doesn’t work. I don’t know my serial # because it is locked in the screen to turn it off.

My iPhone 11 screen no longer responds. It won’t reset won’t turn off, nothing.

Screen does not respond to touch I have an iphone 7; the screen stopped responding suddenly. The device has not been dropped but the screen appears to have faint vertical lines. I've restarted the device several times. Cannot get past the passcode screen for obvious reasons.
