Mac Photos does not appear to support Minolta Maxxum 7D Raw files

As stated in the title, I do not see an option for quick raw processing of Minolta Maxxum 7D MRW (RAW) files. I enjoy taking pictures with some of the more 'vintage' dslr cameras, and it's a bit disappointing. Perhaps I'm mistaken somehow? Is there a way to get a fix for this, if it is indeed an issue?

Only 2 Minolta's on the list:

Digital camera RAW formats supported by iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and macOS Big Sur - Apple Support

You might try Adobe's DNG format.
