I have a problem which is, I don’t receive any notification from the apps unless I run the app
all the apps, my phone is always connected to the internet, although still I don’t receive the notifications, its like every time I press on the app it connects with the internet and I receive all the messages at once.

It sounds like you're having an issue with notifications on your iPhone. We can understand wanting to get that resolved. We want to help.
First, we'd recommend checking for and installing any updates that may be available for your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
We'd also suggest installing any updates that may be available for apps you use on your iPhone: Update apps or use automatic downloads
Then, we'll want to have you check to see if notifications are enabled for your apps: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If that doesn't help, we'd recommend checking to ensure Do Not Disturbed is not enabled: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
