AirPod Pro Issues

So I recently got a pair of new AirPod pros for Christmas, and they don’t connect fully. Like they say they’re connected but whenever I open my music app nothing plays through them. It also seems to slow down everything on my phone and take it forever to load. They’re brand new and I’ve only got them to work a handful of times but can’t seem to figure out how to make it do so consistently.

Hello,

Start with a full reset:

Reset your AirPods

If they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:

1) Open the Control Center

2) Long press on the music controls

3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)

4) Select AirPods
