Netflix profile error
When I try to use Apple TV to watch Netflix and I click on my profile I get an error message that states “ Something went wrong. Please try again later” . We have 3 profiles and mine is the only one that this message happens to. I am also the administrator so it won’t let me delete the profile and start over. This is the only device it happens on. Can someone help me with this issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I also updated the Apple TV.
