My iPhone 11, purchased 14 months ago got overheated while idling and just died. iPhone support center (ResQ) could not find the problem and says it cannot be repaired. Offered me exchange replacement for Rs.42K! No other repair options or support as it is out of warranty for two months, is this true!? What about 90 days grace period coverage?

Thank you for the clarification. The exchange offer is too costly for me, I wish Apple to repair my device for a
cost instead of saying no repairs.
They are not going to do that. Component level repair, though technically possible, is not practical or cost effective in most situations.
