iPhone 12: Microphone issue catching a weird wind like noise sound all the time
Model: iPhone 12 Red 128GB
IOS version: 14.3
I've received my iPhone a couple of days back and noticed something strange with the microphone. My wife has an iPhone XR so I'm using that phone as a reference to see if it's actually a feature or a bug. The issue is the following, while on the Voice Memos app on my iPhone 12, I press record, and without even talking it's recording a weird wind-like noise sound knowing that I'm in my apartment and it's super quiet. This behavior does not happen in the iPhone XR. I've tried disabling the Noice Cancellation feature and restricting permissions to all apps that use the microphone but the issue is still there, the only thing that can reduce this wind sound is when I speak really loudly it goes down a bit is still there and can be heard on the recordings. The issue does not happen when using AirPods, wired lighting earbuds, or other Bluetooth headphones. I wanna know if this issue is happening to other people or only me to know If I need to return this phone back. The issue is also happening on other apps like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Google Assistant.
