Hacked

I was on safari trying to find a website my friend recommended to me to watch anime as Crunchyroll has tons of ads I click this link and it says from apple download this app, a music app I didn’t do it and then this thing came up on my screen when I went back on safari saying you’ve been hacked and your bieng tracked apparently the hacker can see what I do have I been hacked or not? Please help me this has never happened before

All such messages are scams from criminals. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics. Never, never, never download anything based on a popup message.
