Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Trackpad not working

I bought one of the Logitech Combo Touch Keyboards for my 2020 IPad 10.2’. I connected it to my iPad and started the firmware update for it but I accidentally let the iPad go to sleep so it stopped the update but every time I go onto the app it says the keyboard is up to date but the trackpad wont work. Ive looked up on the internet to see how I fix it and it said to hold G+W+E and alt but that wont work. Just wondering if anyone would know how to fix it.
