How to retrieve 6-digit passcode?

I recently forgot the 6-digit passcode and because I attempted to enter what I thought was the passcode too many times my phone my blocked. The only way I could access my phone was to take it to a phone repair shop so they could reset the phone. I lost al lot of data including photos etc. I keep trying to reset my passcode BUT I only get so far with the process and it never lets me complete. Is there any way I can change the passcode successfully? It’s very frustrating.

Take it back to whatever shop you had work on it. You could also have cleared it yourself: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Do they still do a one year payment? Yes, if you change your storage today and are billed for it your iCloud storage is immediately added. You may need to restart your iPhone to see the change and this will not add storage to your iPhone.

Thanks. I tried clearing it myself, but again, I could only go so far with the process. It wasn’t easy to figure out for me being a novice tech guy lol. So I took it to a shop I trust and they cleared it. Wish I had the information you’ve sent here, I would have stuck with the process until successful. Never mind.

Hey, while I have your attention, I have asked another question on this help forum about paying full year subscription fee for storage upgrade. But now I want to know how do I pay for storage upgrade today so storage is upgraded immediately? I’ve entered payments details on my phone but does that mean I’ve made a payment and my storage is now upgraded???

I just realised that I had updated my payment details but had not upgraded my storage details. All done now. I’m a happy man! LOL. THANKS. for your help.
