How do I make a sampler setting apply across all instances of the sampler?

A soon as you copy a sampler onto another track it is independent from the original, it doesn't reference (like an alias) from the original anymore. That means you have to copy 60 instances of the sampler. The fastest way is to copy them with ALT-Click per channelstrip.

There is an other solution: use multi-outputs. Then you can route from one sampler instance to several outputs.

... I'm guessing you mean option. If I option-click a channel strip I see the same menu items as if I right-click the channel strip.

Sorry, yes, I mean option-click an I use it to copy instances of any inserted plugin, like you copy regions in the main window. (This is a real-time movie.)

This is what a bus is for. Put it on a Bus, then route all of your tracks to that bus. Then you have one effect to control all your tracks.

Each time you place an effect on a track, it becomes stand-alone, not linked to any other track or copy of that effect.

Do you like to apply the fades inside the sampler, for each audio file per zone? This is what i was thinking of in all my answers. If not I don't know what you are asking for.
