Airpods Pro Ear tip allegeries

My ears seem to be experiencing an allergic reaction to the material in the ear tips. Post charging, I've noticed a strange smell from the latex.

I have been to an ENT who suggested that I try to determine what is causing the reaction. This is what we have finally narrowed my reaction down to the new apple headset.

The reaction is considered dermatitis or a weeping exudate post the wearing my headset.

I bought new foam ear tips. I am now not seeing the same allergy issue with that material. However, now the ear fit is not as secure or fitting so the sound is not the same.

Anyone else having same issues? Allergies?
