We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities how to retrieve the photos and video's from your three devices. We know those are important, and we want to help retrieve them. As it turns out, iTunes and iCloud both require either a Mac or computer that uses the Windows operating system. Your Chromebook uses the Chrome OS. This means that you're unable to install the iCloud for Windows app or iTunes to connect your device to your computer. You do have the option to turn iCloud on with your devices, then use the iCloud website to download them to your Acer Chromebook. You're also able to access other iCloud data from the iCloud website, which is an added bonus! System requirements for iCloud
