autocorrect

i turned off autocorrect on my macbook, but it keeps autocorrecting in my messages! how do i fix this??

Turn off the various options in the Keyboard System Preferences under the "Text" tab of the Keyboard settings. The Messages app may have it own separate auto correct settings as well.
