Iphone 12 pro max restart and shutdown continuously

I have already contacted the apple technicians, they wanted three crash events of my iphone and what I was doing and which apps I was using, I sent my log files directly to the engineers in america who write the software and they confirmed that it is hn software bug that apple knows this bug, which is in the process of being resolved, I thought I was solving with ios 14.4 but no, I called the apple and they told me that at the moment they have not solved yet and that they are solving, hopefully with ios 14.5 the problem go away permanently, let's keep up to date, thanks to all.

Keep trying, ask for the tech team. Say you’ve spoke to me on the apple forum and that they advised me to tell you, that you need to do this so the engineers can take coding off your iPhone. They are doing this to mine and looking at the logs to see what is causing it to crash.

This takes time and having two iPhones would be best.

ANECompilerService, it's something related with Neural Engine or Neural Processor in the A14 cpu, everytime that i have the spinning wheel, this log appear in the privacy tab in my iphone related with the Thread crashed with this:

I had the iPhone 12 Pro Max since launch day with Apple Watch series 6. It was fine until I updated to iOS 14.4.2 I think?

now I’m getting this spinning wheel and random refresh a few times a day. I tried restoring from iTunes (fresh install) and even bought a new iPhone 12 Pro Max just to try out and it’s the same!!!

pretty sure this is software related.

Has anyone else got an Apple Watch connected? This may be the issue ! I never used to have an Apple Watch before having my 12 pro max.

Let me explain. The iphone has already been analysed. The report has been sent to the team of engineers with the exact time and the App it used. I have been told that it is software and will be fixed in future updates. They have already reported the problem of several users.

Going to do this when the next update is out. If anyone hasn’t already updated to iOS 14.4.1, pls try this and update in recovery mode and let us know if it fixes it!

I have had my 12 Pro Max since launch day and have never had it spontaneously reboot.

Have your iPhone repace again. Then, test the phone in front of the customer service. Do not restore or put anything, just use the phone in normal without your account. Make a phone call, take pictures. Observe the quality of calls and photos.

After the test, if there will be no problem. Restore your phone with your iCloud account. Please observe the capacity (space) of your memory. If there will be enough space like 10GB it should work still but, if it is lesser your phone will experience on/off randomly.

Use it as normal, this time you already restored your backup. Make phone calls, Take pictures, Browse the internet, watch movies, etc. Remember, all apps that you previously opened are still running in the background consuming some of your processor and memory.

If there are no problems, you may take the new replacement with you. But still, observe the performance and if the temperature of your phone is normal.

I The cause is software and you must wait for the next update. 
I thought that with IOS 14.4 it would be solved but it remains the same. 
I called, and they told me to wait for IOS 14.5 which won't take long.

Hopefully so, because the mobile costs a lot to have these problems.

And above all that it really is software and not hardware.
