How do I export song into MIDI track(s) from Garageband songs in iOS ?

How would I be able to export the created midi sequences from Garageband iOS to MIDI to use in my older Mac apps like old Logic and Garageband because I find it hard to work properly in flat design ? (since all are able to understand MIDI) I haver found use for Music Memos to naturally create Bjork-like/style tracks just from voice , where it adds in Base and Drums.. which can be imported into Garageband.. I have tried importing it to a GarageBand on Mojave , it works , but that can't export as well into Midi files to load on older Mac Logic.
