Trying to reinstall macOS on BRAND NEW MacBook Air

And it’s telling me there are no users available for authorization. I did a restore to its factory settings because some applications got transferred from my old Mac I did not want nor did I want any files to do with them. Thought the restore would be easiest. Clearly not. Why can’t I get past this screen?!?

My mac says there is an authorised computer to my account but doesn't allow me to de-authorise it So i have had this long-standing concern that there is unauthorised access to my MacBook. It looks like there is an admin account to which I am a subsidiary user. In most cases, i am unable to make changes to my account such as de-authorising a user from my iTunes account or even accessing normal information. I am able to click on important Mac hyperlinks on my system but it never allows access. Currently, i am trying to de -authorise my account, it initially said that there were 2 accounts authorised, i am able to de-authorise my immediate account but it does show that there is another one, which i am unable to access to de-authorise. can anyone explain how this is ?

Re installing macOS When I tried reinstalling macOS on my mac mini, I got an error message that said: "No users available for authorization. An error occurred while reading the device owners. Ensure that some user is allowed to administer this computer." I have two admins on this computer.

no users available for authorization I am trying to prepare my MacBook air for resell. I have been following the steps on line and am to the step of reinstalling and it says "No users available for authorization an error occurred while reading device owners. Ensure that some user is allowed to administer this computer." What do I do now?

There's something wrong with the partitions on the drive. Can you just reboot into Recovery mode (Command-R on startup), use Disk Utility to erase the drive entirely and then reinstall macOS? Then, once installed and when asked, you can allow it to restore from your Time Machine backup.,
