Unlocking childs iPhone 11

My daughter locked her iPhone 11 with face recognition and we need to unlock her phone to set up parent controls. Is this possible?

I presume you mean without her consent? Only by wiping it as follows

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
