Why is my run from my apple watch not syncing to my activity app on phone
I used the workout app and NRC on my Apple Watch however the workout did not sync to my activity app on my phone. The run shows but none of the activities rings closed.

It sounds as though the Activity Rings are shown correctly on your Apple Watch, but aren't syncing to your companion iPhone as expected even though the workout data appears correctly. If you haven't already do confirm that watchOS and iOS is updated to the latest versions. Prior to updating do backup the companion iPhone to ensure your iPhone and watch data are backed up successfully.
