Locations and results vary; your options could be a matter of contacting an official

Apple repair service to see where they can go with your details, and product model.

You can arrange to get service on most any Apple product; through linked information.

• Mac Repair - Official Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/mac/repair/service

• Apple Repair and Repair Status Check - Official Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/repair

You can:

Check if a provider is an Independent Repair Provider or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

(Independent Repair Providers have access to Apple genuine parts and repair resources.

Independent Repair Providers do not provide repairs covered by Apple's warranty or

AppleCare plans* but may offer their own repair warranty.)

There may be a local or regional resource; either independent or official Apple that can help.

Among items listed in Find Locations section(s) you can find sales, service/support, & others.

• Apple - Find Locations

https://locate.apple.com/

Global or regional resources, may vary; in categories: if no country/region is listed, see "Other.."

• Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector

https://locate.apple.com/findlocations

Helps to know more or less your general location; to make nearer helpful references to check.

These locations can offer varying degrees of sales, service, official Apple or Authorized service

and addresses; phone numbers, email, etc.

Good luck & happy computing!

PS: for the DIY'er certain types of replacement batteries

may be available; these may be in "kit" form, & require

some amount of technical skill. ~Some portable Macs

may not be advisable for end-users to attempt repair.
