PDP authentication error iPad 7th gen

I have a 7th gen iPad that when trying to use data over T mobile network it says PDP authentication error and will not connect. It still works on WiFi. T mobile was no help but they did switch out the SIM card and Sid they checked network settings and everything is good. Anybody have any ideas? I would appreciate the help.

Hello, Daddydavet!

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! From your post, it sounds like you're trying to connect your iPad to cellular data, but it's not connecting as expected. We know how useful it is to have cellular data working, especially when you're not near a Wi-Fi network.

Do you happen to see "No Service" or "Searching" at the top of your screen? If so, we recommend using the following support article to help resolve service related issues on your iPad:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you're still unable to connect, Contact Apple Support.

All the best.
