MacBook doesn't recognize iPhone, but charges

Hi! I got an iPhone XS, MacBook Air (2018) and iPad 6.Gen. And I have the following problem (I searched for it in the whole internet and nothing helped me):

Before updating my iPhone, I was able to install my app, that I recently wrote on the XCode. And there was no problem for Mac to see the iPhone. But after updating it to iOS 14.3, and the Mac to macOS Big Sur, my Mac can no longer see the iPhone, but it charges. However, when I plug in my iPad, it recognizes it and shows in finder and XCode.

If you have any suggestions or solutions regarding this problem, I would be very happy to read them!

Thank you!

iPhone XS, iOS 14
