My MacBook Air M1 is frequently frozen and I'm stuck on the lock screen all of a sudden while working on something, so I can't enter my passcode or do anything, unless I completely restart the device, I even added corners to the lock screen to be able to turn off or log out, but they don't show, What do I do?
is anything plugged in besides power?
no, nothing.
I never had this issue with my MacBook Air 2017!
