MacOS not compatible for Macbook Pro

I am trying to update my Macbook Pro to MacOS 10.14 or better and it's currently saying it is up to date at 10.13, I cannot download or use any of the apps from my Adobe Creative Cloud until I have MacOS 10.14 or better, how can I bypass this issue or get a more up to date version OS?
