iPhone setup showing different email login

Hello,

I am seeking to restore my iPhone 8+ from a backup. However, the Apple ID login keeps autofilling with the address "****@ooe.de". After several erasals it finally worked, but now it tells me that my backup includes apps purchased with this account.

Is there a way to see which apps might have come from this account? I have never heard of it. Thank you!
