Apple Music, iTunes, and Hidden Purchases.

I attempted to unhide a hidden album from my iTunes account. When I went to redownload it to my phone from the iTunes Store, it did not reappear in my library, even though it said it was downloaded. Since I have Apple Music as well (which admittedly I should have used first) I went to download the albums from Apple Music. They still did not appear in my library, but they said they were downloaded from the artist's home screen. After giving the iPhone time incase that it just needed to download the album, which it did not, I tried to remove the album from my phone. Each time I press the remove from library button, it lasts for about two seconds before saying that it's still downloaded (only from the artist page, not in the library.)

I've tried restarting the phone but nothing happens.
