Hi!

I need to install an app for university programs and the requirements are: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (x86 and x64).

Can I download this on my mac pro?

I'm not an expert!

BobTheFisherman is absolutely correct, you need to install Microsoft Windows on your Mac. The current version of Windows is likely to include that Microsoft NET framework, or better.
