iTunes is blocking my Apple store downloads
For Christmas my family got me an IPad Air 4. I’ve been trying to download apps to it such as Google and multiple editing and art apps. Every time I try to download a new app, a pop-up appears saying that I haven’t used my Apple ID to sign into my iTunes account. It then gives me two options, cancel or review. The cancel button gets rid of the pop-up but it also cancels out my download. When I hit review, it cancels my download again and has me put in the ID password. Once I put it in, it loads before telling me it needs my password again, and this continues over and over again. I know I’m putting in the right password because I have my password written down. I don’t understand why iTunes is blocking me like this.
