Apple Watch

I have accidentally removed my Apple Watch from Bluetooth in settings, I am trying my hardest to fix it without re-pairing my watch. So far restarting my iPhone and Watch doesn’t work. (Apple Watch Series 1)

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Then start again.
