zsh: permission denied:

Using macOS Big Sur

Installing Flutter and need to update path and open/create the rc file for the shell.

When using the command $HOME/.zshrc get the permission denied.

Flutter documentation: https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/install/macos#update-your-path

Have tried this solution: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250824423#:~:text=zshrc%2C%20but%20it%20may%20require,Terminal%20and%20Zsh%20reads%20the%20.

When clicking [+] add under the Privacy>Full Disk Access, the .zshrc is a hidden file and cannot be selected.

The above solutions haven't worked, and still getting permission denied.

That's not a command. They are trying to tell you to edit the zsh config file.

Open it with a text editor and add the Path line to tell it where to search.

What exactly are you going to do with this program from the command line? If you don't understand that you are supposed to edit that configuration file and not try to execute it, you probably shouldn't go messing around in the command line.
