Clearance delay on Customs

Hi. Have you ever experienced custom delay for more than 10 days? I am having worries as to what is the status of my package already. My item ordered is just an iPhone 11 with charging brick. Do you know what is the estimated ETA for the clearance from the Customs? Thanks!

Pre-order on 9/24, "shipped" on 9/30, with an estimated delivery date of 10/4, and has been in "Clearance in Progress" ever since. All I can find on the forum is the same experience that folks had with the iphone 12, about a year ago. Clearly the supply chain has not improved since last year if the same exact thing is happening. This will be my last pre-order to be sure. It is certainly not worth the frustration of not knowing who to contact, and when to find out if my shipment will clear, or if it is lost. iPad being held “in warehouse”? I live in a greater metropolitan area in Canada. My iPad has been stuck “in warehouse” (in my city) for over a day now. Last tracking update was a warehouse scan. When I spoke to UPS, I was told its a customs issue and it’s out of their hands. There’s no ETA anymore from UPS or Apple. Has anyone (especially Canadians) encountered similar issues? If so, how long did yours take to resolve?

clearance in progress forever What happens to UPS?? my iphone12 pro is holding in clearance for 9 days from 11/22. Delivery estimated date was 11/30, but until today, nothing changed!! Does anyone have the same problem? Does Apple give any help?

Customs? Apple does not accept or do international shipping.
